Harta33 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using the harta33 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the harta33 platform on any device or browser, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to continue using the platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and the operator of the harta33 platform. Users who register an account are deemed to have read and accepted all applicable terms. This platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are legally eligible to use such services in their jurisdiction of residence.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the harta33 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During registration, users are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. Any false or misleading information identified during the identity verification process may result in immediate account closure.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. harta33 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account caused by the user's own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the harta33 support team immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the harta33 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised means to access or manipulate the platform
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful financial activity through the platform
- Sharing your account with another party or allowing a third party to use your account
- Exploiting any technical glitches, system errors, or platform vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain
- Disrupting the normal operation of the platform or compromising the security of other users
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or reward programs in a manner that violates the stated terms and conditions
Harta33 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action without being obliged to provide detailed reasons to the user concerned.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the harta33 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a valid payment method in their own name. Using a third party's bank account or e-wallet to make deposits is strictly prohibited.
Deposit
Successful deposits are automatically credited to the user's account upon confirmation by the payment system. harta33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Any deposit issues should be reported to customer support within a reasonable timeframe.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are subject to an identity verification process that may be required by the platform. harta33 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving a withdrawal in order to meet compliance requirements. Processing times vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as displayed in the user's account dashboard.
Bonuses & Promotions
Every bonus and promotion offered by harta33 is subject to its own specific terms, including rollover requirements, validity periods, and withdrawal limits. Users are required to read the terms of each promotion before accepting it. Misuse of bonuses may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, without compensation.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The harta33 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, harta33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. harta33's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user during the relevant period.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the harta33 platform are the exclusive property of the platform operator or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent. Infringement of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The harta33 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for the convenience of users. harta33 does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Harta33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, or at the platform's absolute discretion. In cases of legitimate account closure, any eligible balance will be processed for return in accordance with established procedures once the investigation is concluded. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to compensation for any forfeited balance.
Account Closure by User Request
Users have the right to request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting harta33 customer support. Closure requests will be processed once all pending withdrawals have been settled and there are no outstanding issues on the account.
Changes to These Terms
Harta33 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from the use of the harta33 platform must first be pursued through mutually agreed channels before being escalated to court proceedings. Users agree to submit to the relevant jurisdiction for the resolution of any claims arising from their use of this platform.
